SCIENCE DAY 2019

             
                 SCIENCE DAY
    

Science day was celebrated in our college on 28th February. The theme of the programme was "EXPLORING SCIENCE". It was a great programme along with a science exhibition which includes many biological exhibitions like mangroves, placentation, phyllotaxy and inflorescences; chemical experiments and many physical experiments. All science students had participated in the programme and I displayed a small exhibition on types of inflorescences.

Space arena was created for the school children. Whole library was converted into space like environment with audio visual effect.


Quiz room was developed to conduct quiz for visiting school students. Celesteena Sabu was the incharge of quiz room.

Formal programme included a welcome song, followed by a ppt on C. V. Raman, Sci-fun video and making of Scifun. Not only science students but also many other students from different departments like history, geography, English and Marathi had participated.

After formal program we all students celevrated Anna ma'am's birthday.
