KAGAN COOPERATIVE STRATEGY

 

1) THINK AND LINK

Topic: Food- where does it come from?

The activity was conducted as an introduction to the topic FOOD- WHERE DOES IT COME FROM? In this activity students were given chits of various food sources and their subsequent food items and they were asked to link them up, for example:- Cow – milk

2) DRAW IT OUT

 

 

Class:- IXth

Topic:- Tissue

The activity was conducted for revision of the lesson “ Tissue ” where the name of the different tissues were written and students were asked to draw the tissue on the board according to the chit they pick.

 

3) ACT IT OUT

Class:- VIth

Topic:- Types of diseases

The activity was conducted as the revision for the topic “ Type of diseases ”. students were given the chits with different diseases written on it. one by one students were asked to act out the disease written on it and the rest of the class identified it.
